OVERVIEW

After ten successful years as Mausam Restaurant, the owners made the bold decision to evolve their brand and move into a new chapter. In early 2024, they opened the doors to Kashan Indian Kitchen & Bar—a refined and spacious new location in Clifton, NJ, with a renewed focus on upscale Indian cuisine, a full-service bar, and a warm, contemporary atmosphere.

Kashan wasn’t just a new name—it was a reinvention. And to make that transition meaningful to both returning patrons and new guests, they partnered with Ifodge Media to lead the digital storytelling and marketing behind the rebrand.

EXECUTION

To support the rebrand, Ifodge Media developed a clear and cohesive digital strategy that captured the essence of Kashan’s transformation. We produced high-quality photos and videos to highlight the updated space, expanded menu, and elevated dining experience. Social media platforms were refreshed with consistent branding, curated content, and a tone that honored the restaurant’s roots while embracing its new identity. We also launched targeted digital ad campaigns to drive local awareness around the grand opening and position Kashan as a go-to destination in Clifton. The messaging focused on welcoming both loyal guests and new visitors into this next chapter of the restaurant’s story.

OUTCOME

The rebrand resonated. Kashan was welcomed with excitement by both longtime supporters and new guests discovering the restaurant for the first time. Social engagement increased as customers shared their experiences and reconnected with a brand they loved—now refreshed and reimagined.

Most importantly, the restaurant was able to transition smoothly into its new identity without losing the connection it had built over the years. The space felt new, but the heart behind it remained the same—and the marketing reflected that balance.
